B.Sc. Degree (Hon) in forestry and Range science, with over 7 years’ experience in managing and implementation of biodiversity conservation, Natural resource and environmental management in south Sudan (Boma national park, Badinglo national park and southern national park) and, have track records of stakeholders engagement, building and managing team, data collection and management data, community empowerment, building and maintaining partnership, and implementing co-management and law enforcement. Problem solving, organizational and leadership skills to lead team, Self-motivated, independent and working in conflict prone areas in within multi-cultural environment in South Sudan .

Obtained postgraduate diplom in Monitoring,Evaluation,Accountability and learning from Action Institute for profestional Development to enhance my skills in project management, monitoring tracking the progress and evaluating the project impacts at the end of the project.
Work & Experience
Implemented project Fostering Disaster Risk Mnagement and Natural Resource Management in Magwi County covering five bomas, formed and Trained 5 disaster management committees across the five boma, developed 5 Community Disaster Risk Management Action Plans for 5 bomas and established 5 community tree nurseries in the 5 bomas for sustainable livelihood and environmental management in Magwi County.
Implemented the project of Strengthening protection and conservation of wildlife in Greater Pochalla County including creation of 5 livelihood groups, Conducted 10 conservation awareness education and 5 capacity building among key stakeholders and Conducted biodiversity monitoring using camera traps in Boma National Park.
Implemented 3 projects biodiversity conservation protected area management in south Sudan including: Strengthening protection of elephants in southern national parks funded by GEF and US Fish and Wildlife Service, Biodiversity conservation and sustainable natural resource management in Boma-Badinglo national parks funded by USAID. And Lion recovery fund project in Boma and Badinglo national park.During the project implementation I led the development of 3 Community Natural Resource Management Strategies (Lafon,Nyat and Pochalla),and formed and trained 3 Elephant Protection Support Group (Mokoor,Gulmar and Bahr-gel) in Southern National Park
Building and maintaining partnership with key stakeholders for joint planning and implementation of natural resource management and biodiversity conservation, Participate in formation of community natural resource management groups (CNRMG) and train them to promote livelihood opportunity and sustainable natural resource management among the communities, represent WCS, at meeting with the communities, government official and other partners, lead the capacity building of community associations and specialized sub-committees in environmental management, livelihoods and climate change and promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable natural resources management initiative
.Assist in developing data collection tools by providing inputs into survey questions, coordinate and manage the data collection team in the field to ensure timely data collection, identify, recruit and train enumerators for the data collection for various companies’ projects, lead qualitative data collection by moderating focus group discussion, conducting key informant interviews, market analysis, assist in analysis and drafting reports for the project. And engaging the local authorities, local communities, and other partners to support data collection activities.
