Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization and development of complex architectural designs for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, urban planners, and environmental consultants, to ensure design integrity.
  • Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Education

A Master of Architecture or a highly advanced Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is mandatory. Additional certifications in Sustainable Design or Project Management are highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects. Experience working in developing regions or complex environments is a significant advantage. You should have demonstrated expertise in managing design teams and coordinating with various engineering disciplines.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 2,500,000 SSP, depending on experience, technical expertise, and the complexity of the assigned projects. This competitive package reflects the high level of responsibility and expertise required for this leadership role.
