Job Overview
We’re seeking a highly experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects in South Sudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to deliver renewable energy projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and SEforALL’s policies and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project partners
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, project milestones, and any issues or challenges
Required Skills
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field, such as Engineering, Environmental Science, or Business Administration
Experience
8-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
Salary
SSP 50,000 – 80,000 per month
