Key Responsibilities

• Manage all local and international procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of humanitarian goods.
• Develop and maintain a robust database of vetted suppliers and service providers in the region.
• Coordinate complex logistics and transport schedules to ensure goods reach remote field locations safely.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse operations to prevent stockouts of critical supplies.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with international humanitarian standards and organizational policies.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports on procurement spend and logistics performance metrics.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the humanitarian or non-profit sector. Proven experience working in South Sudan or similar complex environments is essential for success in this role.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
