Key Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and ideally 5G network architectures and protocols.
  • Proficiency with Ericsson network equipment (e.g., RBS, MINI-LINK, ENM).
  • Experience with microwave transmission systems and fiber optic networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for network planning and management.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related technical field from a recognized institution is required. Advanced certifications in telecommunications technologies are a significant advantage.
